The hybrid version of the Q5 model is expected to be released in the first season of 2010 as a competitor to the BMW X6 in United States. Based on the success rate Audi will release the hybrid model in European market too.

The new Audi Quattro will be one of the safest cars on the road, as it comes equipped with all the needed safety features inside the car. The new Quattro variant is expected to include with the features like fine tuned air bags, central locking system, front side air bags, curtain side air bags and anti lock braking system. Whenever the air bags are deployed, central locking system in the car releases automatically, lights in the interior region are turned on, engine and fuel pump switches off and the flashers will put to work.

The safety features in the new Q5 will include, tire pressure monitoring system, anti lock braking system with electronic brake force distribution, LATCH system in rear seats (including third row), hydraulic brake assist, rear second row 3-point safety belts with automatic locking retractor and pretensioning, electronic stabilization program with EDL, ASR, ABS and off road mode, side guard head curtain air bags both rows, and day time running lights.

The new Q7 is expected to be offered in 7 different trim levels namely the 4.2 liter prestige, 3.6 liter premium, 3.0 liter TDI diesel, 3.6 liter premium plus, 3.0 liter TDI premium plus, 3.6 liter prestige and 3.0 liter TDI premium. All the models will be offered in four door body structure.
